I’ve been working for years to make the best sauté tool/stirring spatula. It has just been a process of tweaking the shape and the bend and testing it. I believe this design is an improvement, so I’m discontinuing all other designs and replacing them with this one. I think it has the best shape and the most pronounced curve to the blade, which makes it highly functional and enjoyable to use. This one is 12 3/4 inches long and 2 5/8 inches wide. The back of the blade is gently rounded and comes to a thin edge, with the front of the blade, which is flat but curved.

The photos are examples. Yours will vary a little in grain and color. I don’t have enough photo space available to link a photo to the left-handed options, but it is a mirror image of the ones shown.

Care is simple: Wash in hot, soapy water, towel-dry, and apply mineral oil or walnut oil every couple of weeks. You can also purchase our spoon oil finish, which is made with Beeswax and mineral oil. A 4-oz. jar lasts a long time, and it will help keep your spoon looking and feeling good for many years.
